Stage 5  - Construction​

During the construction stage, if you have gone down a traditional route, our team will produce additional detailed construction drawings and  manage the contract between the Client and Contractor. This allows you to retain more control over the quality of the build as the works progress and ensures fair treatment with regards to disputes or additions to the scope.
