Stages 0-1  - The Brief

The initial part of any project is to meet and formulate a brief. Whether you know exactly what you want to achieve, or need a bit more guidance, we are here to aid with this.

Stage 2 - Concept Design

Once a brief has been established, we are able to  provide you with feasible options for your project based on site restrictions and Building Regulations.

Stage 3 - Spatial

Co-ordination

This stage develops the concept designs to a single design which meets the brief. It is generally at this stage that planning applications or lawful development certificates will be submitted. 

We are able to produce all planning documents and liaise with the Local Planning Authority to enable Clients to enjoy the process.
